| Descripción de la oferta: | Based in our Headquarters in Valencia (Spain), the CSE will join the Customer Support Department to support DS2 international customers integrating DS2 chip sets and firmware to deploy solutions for Broadband over Powerline, In-building distribution and in-home networking. The candidate will provide pre-sales technical support to Business Development activity in the European geographical region and communicate with Product Managers regarding customer needs identifying client requirements. The CSE will provide technical trainings to new customers and prepare minor software customizations for customers based on Application, programming interface on top of core firmware product. We offer the opportunity to join an international, young, highly dynamic, motivated and capable team. There is an attractive compensation package based on experience and skills, which includes a fixed salary plus a bonus and company stock options. |
Requisitos

| Requisitos mínimos: | The ideal candidate will have advanced technical knowledge of networking and TCP/IP, knowledge of network infraestructures in order to facilitate a successful implementation for the customer and working knowledge of routers, hubs and switches (802.1q VLAN, 802.1D STP...). The CSE will have minimum 3 years experience in Technical Customer Support activities. Fluent in English is mandatory. |
| Requisitos deseados: | Expirience in circuit design, schematic generation, PCB layput, EMI or test instrumentation and C/Labview programming skills will be an asset. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel. |
